What if my certificate is expired?
If the expiration date on your certificate has passed, please call your American Cancer Society staff to discuss options.

Where do I receive my certificate?
Certificates will be given out by your American Cancer Society staff based on your Individual fundraising dollars. It is up to the staff person to determine when and where the certificates will be passed out. In most cases, they will be disbursed at the Relay, at the Wrap-Up Party or on Bank Night.

I received an error message stating my certificate has already been used, what do I do?
Please call a Relay Gear representative. They will be able to research the history of that redemption code.

Can I have my prize shipped to another state?
Absolutely! You decide what prize you want and where you would like it shipped. Please allow 3-4 weeks for all products to deliver.

Can I order more than one gift with my certificate?
At this time, ordering more than one prize per certificate is not an option.

Can I order an item from the catalog with my certificate?
No. This merchandise has been selected by the American Cancer Society to reward and thank you for all of your fundraising efforts.

How do I return my item if it is broken? Please contact Halo/Relay Gear customer service for instructions on how to get your item replaced if it arrives damaged or defective.

What if I receive an item other than what I ordered?
Please contact Halo/Relay Gear customer service.

Halo/Relay Gear only excepts returns for damaged or defective items or if a size change is needed on an apparel item within 30 days of ship date.
